A comprehensive, statewide approach to nondiscrimination will help Texas compete for corporate relocations, employees, conventions and investment, a panel of business and government leaders said in a discussion Wednesday.

In a videoconference put on by the North Texas Commission, state legislators announced plans to file a bill in the upcoming legislative session that would bar discrimination against LGBTQ Texans in housing, employment and public spaces. Read more here (subscription required).
